Francis G. Pennarola practices primarily in the firm’s business and litigation areas, and represents a wide range of businesses in acquisitions, financing, contracts and litigation. He also advises on intellectual property matters and regularly represents clients in trademark matters. Fran also represents businesses, banks and individuals in commercial and residential real estate and lending matters.
Fran advises business clients in a wide range of matters and prepares initial corporate and LLC documents, shareholder and operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. He advises clients on financing matters as well as corporate and limited liability company structure. As part of his general business practice, he represents clients in business disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Fran frequently represents clients in the review and preparation of contracts and agreements. His practice includes medical and accounting clients, suppliers and distributors of raw materials and electronic components and publishing services clients His trademark work has involved clients in the food, clothing and advertising industries industries as well as computer software, and includes representation at both the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
