Timothy M. Herring's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. Mr. Herring represents individuals and companies in a broad range of matters, including closely held business, partnership, and joint venture disputes, employment litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, prosecuting and defending mechanic's lien foreclosures, home improvement disputes, unfair trade practice claims, real estate disputes, eminent domain proceedings, non-competition agreement disputes, probate litigation, commercial tax appeals, general contract disputes, and arbitration. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While at UConn, Mr. Herring was an editor of the Connecticut Law Review and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. |
