We routinely handle purchases, sales, and financing of commercial, residential, and industrial parcels. We are frequently involved in obtaining land use approvals for subdivisions, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, and large-scale multi-family developments. Accordingly, contracts, leases, subleases, condominium declarations, public offering statements, and easement agreements arise frequently in our practice.
