Attorney Nicholas C. Lozito is an associate in the firm’s estate planning, estate administration and elder law group. Mr. Lozito takes pride in helping his clients achieve their estate planning goals while simultaneously minimizing their estate tax and liability exposure. He believes in resolute follow-through – reaching out daily to clients, financial advisors, accountants and insurance professionals to ensure that his clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
After graduating from Albany Law School in 2017, Mr. Lozito joined a highly-regarded firm in New York, where he gained significant experience drafting custom wills and trusts, and in bringing estates through the probate process. He also has experience handling will contests, trust administration and guardianship matters.
While in law school, Mr. Lozito served as an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review, and also spent a semester working for a United States District Court judge. Upon graduation, Mr. Lozito was awarded the John Dugan Prize for demonstrated excellence in Tax Law, Tax Policy and Government Finance, and was inducted into the Justinian Society for students graduating with Latin honors.
Mr. Lozito is admitted to practice in New York and expects to be admitted in Connecticut shortly.
