Charles O. Lichtenauer practices in business and real estate. He assists clients with contract drafting and review, the purchase and sale of closely held businesses, commercial lending, leasing, and employment matters. Charles was raised in Westchester County, New York with three brothers. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked in the field of environmental due diligence before attending law school, where he was an editor of the Law Review. When out of the office, you are likely to find Charles with a fishing rod or golf club in his hands.
