Justin is a Connecticut attorney who handles business litigation, employment matters and general litigation. He counsels businesses on litigation strategies whether they are initiating or defending a lawsuit, and limiting liability to avoid future litigation.
Justin also works with individuals who have been retaliated or discriminated against in the course of their employment. He drafts, reviews, and advises clients on employment agreements for both business and employees. Working on both sides of these claims, Justin is able to garner insights that better serve his clients’ interests.
