Attorney Tanya A. Spurlin is well versed in matters of estate and incapacity planning, estate administration and probate, and elder law. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association as the Continuing Legal Education liaison and has served on the Legislative Committee in the past.
Tanya is an established estate planning attorney. She has helped countless clients with long-term care planning, applying for Medicaid benefits, settling estates, managing conservatorships, drafting sophisticated wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
