Frank J. Scinto is a Connecticut attorney admitted to practice in 1983. His focus is on counseling clients on business and real estate transactions as as well as land use matters . He has litigated in State and Federal trial and appellate courts, Probate Courts as well as prosecuting and defending claims in arbitrations. He speaks Spanish fluently, having grown up in the Republic of Panama. His understanding of the demands of business is informed by practical experience and his MBA in finance.
Frank is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors and present Director of Wellmore, a lifespan-oriented community behavioral health agency serving a 43-town region spanning from greater Waterbury and the Naugatuck Valley to northwest Connecticut.
